How it works
Install. Add your playlist. Watch your channels.
Virumo is a player, not a source. You bring the playlist you already have, from a provider you are entitled to use, and Virumo contains no channels. Three steps, then it is all on the remote.
How it works
-
Install
Today that means sideloading a file onto your device. Store listings are on the roadmap.
-
Add your playlist
Paste an M3U link, or enter your Xtream server, username and password.
-
Watch your channels
Live, guide, on-demand and more, all from the remote.
01 · Install
Install
Virumo is installed by sideloading a file onto your device, and it is not on a store yet. The guides cover Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, and phones and tablets, and how to check the file once downloads open.
Installed an earlier test build? Back up and uninstall it once first: read the note.
02 · Add your playlist
Add your playlist
Paste an M3U or M3U8 link, or enter the server, username and password of an Xtream login. Both come from a provider you are entitled to use. The support page walks through each, with the remote.
Virumo treats every playlist as untrusted: a playlist is attacker-controlled input, and its text is shown as text, never run.
03 · Watch your channels
Watch your channels
Live TV with channel groups and quick zapping, a guide with now and next, films and series with Continue Watching, search, favourites, live rewind and subtitle and audio track pickers, all driven by the remote. Some limits and extras are Premium.
Every button is on the remote cheat sheet, and the details that make it yours are on the home page.
